My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

✅Currently fostered in South Korea✅️
💟Available to fly to both Vancouver and Toronto💟

Meet Mas💚
Mas was rescued on a rainy day alongside Chris, soaked through, and caught at a fire station. The pair seemed very dependent on each other, earning them the nickname “Christmas siblings” because Mas had a green collar and Chris a red one.

•With People: Mas is a love bug with people he knows, showing endless affection regardless of age or gender. He used to be shy around strangers but has recently become more comfortable and shows little interest in unfamiliar people.
•With Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs and plays well with most of them, although interactions vary with each dog.
•With Cats: Shows little interest in cats encountered on the streets.

•Separation Anxiety: Initially had separation anxiety but has since been trained out of it.
•Potty Training: Prefers outdoor potty but will use indoor pads in urgent situations. He is accurate with potty pads.
•Hygiene: He is good with baths, nail trimming, drying, and brushing, although he is a bit fearful around his face.
•Walking: He loves walks! He initially pulls on the leash but calms down after doing his business. Understands “No!” to control leash pulling.
•Car Sickness: Had car sickness but has gotten much better.

•Mastered commands: “Sit,” “Paw,” “Other paw,” “Lie down,” “Nose,” “V.”
•Food-motivated, which makes training easier, but tends to eat and drink too quickly.

** Health Issues **
•Mas requires careful management of his tear ducts. He is suspected to have allergies to chicken and pork.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

All our dogs fly from South Korea to the US and Canada when their adoptions are finalized so the adopters cannot go through "meet and greet."
But once applicants pass zoom interview, we will connect adopter to foster team for the most up to date news as well as photos and videos. The adopter can post any questions and can make video call as well.
Please hold our dog's hands so that they can forget about the painful past and live happily.

More about this rescue

ADOGS(Adopt Dogs), a non-profit organization, is an abandoned dog foster/adoption organization launched by an individual volunteer group that has rescued, fostered, adopted dogs since 2018.

We are conducting rescue, foster, adopt from South Korea rural shelter. We also rescue dogs irregularly from illegal dog farms or any other places that need help.
We rescue large and small dogs of all breeds, including dogs with special needs.

Although we can't save all abandoned dogs in the world, we are doing our best to the dogs in front of us so that their lives can be changed like any other pets.

In expanding our search for adoption leads, we’ve broadened our mission: To bring at-risk dogs across the Pacific to loving stateside families.

Due to limited demand for large-breed dogs in Korea, arranging for local adoption has proven almost impossible. Instead, we seek to bring these persecuted dogs to the United States where dogs have a higher chance for adoption and survival.
