Maybe you saw the segment on 9and10 News marking the anniversary of the huge Kalkaska rescue TC Paw did last Labor Day weekend. We rescued 38 cats from desperate hoarding conditions. Of all those cats, only three have not found their forever homes yet, and Pip and her sister Isla are two of them. Their TC Paw foster family says Pip, who was shy at first, is "as sweet as the day is long." She's also curious. Her favorite pastimes are playing with plastic bottle caps and tormenting her scratch pad. Pip loves to have her belly rubbed. She never tires of it. Once you get her to start purring, she doesn't stop. Her foster family calls her Stretch sometimes for way she stretches her front and back legs out when she wakes from a nap. Like most of the Kalkaska cats, Pip may be timid at first, but a with little time and patience, she blossoms into a friendly, affectionate pet. Pip and Isla are a tight pair. They snuggle so close together that they look like a two-headed cat. We urge their being adopted together. Please check Isla's page too.
If you are interested in adopting this TC Paw cat or would like to set up a meet-and-greet, please complete the Pre-adoption Application .
