I have a sad story that I hope will have a happy ending. My owner passed away in June, leaving me homeless, but I'm in a TC Paw foster home now waiting for someone with a big heart to give me my forever home. I admit I am very shy and timid. You won't see much of me during the day, but in the evening I come out for pets and ear scratches, to play with toys, and even to hop on my foster mom's bed. While I may not be a lap cat yet, I am friendly cat who likes to be near you. If you have other cats, I'll play with them at night too. I'm no trouble at all. I find a nice daytime hiding place. A scratching post keeps me from ever touching your furniture, I am a good litter box user, and I love my food. As soon as I hear the can being opened, I'm right there. I don't like being picked up or having a hand come directly at my face. Once you see my big green eyes, your heart will melt. For the kind person who takes me in, I promise to be to be a clean, quiet friend.
