Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! I'm "Cooper", in case you don't remember me. My best friend, Milo, was adopted 2 weeks ago. I am happy for him but I can't understand why no one has even been interested in me. I am the most affectionate, loving little guy with the softest fur. I love cuddles (especially in the morning when I just wake up) and petting and I especially LOVE to have my chin scratched (not my belly though). I am about 6 months old and a true little gentleman. I may be a little shy at first but, once you start petting me, my motor begins full speed, and I love to roll around on the floor to show you my belly (but no touching please). I love playing with my favorite white furry mouse, running full speed through the house and watching cat TV. I also know the words "no" and "gentle".
I would love a home with another feline friend to play and snuggle with and a family that will give me lots of affection and attention.
I am up to date with my vaccinations, I have been dewormed, I tested negative for feline leukemia and aids and I am neutered.
The following is from Rose Hope Animal Refuge.
In Cooper's new home, children must be 6 years old or older.
To adopt from us, you MUST have a veterinarian reference in your own name. We get a veterinarian reference from your veterinarian which is a history of medical care administered by your veterinarian to your present or previous pet or pets. Please do not contact us if you cannot abide by our adoption rules.
The adoption fee for Cooper is $235.00. No credit cards.
You can meet any of our animals at Petco located at 201 Union Street in Waterbury on Saturday during our adoption hours from 12:00 to 3:00 so, if you are interested in meeting Cooper or a particular animal, please email us at feline55keeper@gmail.com and we will be certain to bring that particular animal with us to Petco on Saturday.
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE STRESS THAT IN ORDER TO ADOPT FROM US, YOU MUST HAVE A VETERINARIAN REFERENCE...NO EXCEPTIONS!
