My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Everyone, meet Yule! She is the sweetest little void you'll ever meet. She's tiny (only 7 pounds!), but what she lacks in mass she makes up for in love and personality. She loves meeting new people and is known for sitting on my windowsill and interacting with whoever passes by. Yule is a chatty cat and will greet you when you walk in the door with some friendly meows and licks. She likes belly rubs, stick toys, and seeing how high she can jump while playing. She's not big on treats, wet food, or catnip-- she would much rather have a good pet and brush session, followed by curling up next to you on the couch for a snuggle.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Fees vary with special adoption events, but our standard adoption fee for an individual adult cat, between the ages of 6 months to 7 years, is $75. An adoption interest form/application and contract must be filled out by all adopters.
No adoptions are approved without visiting the shelter in person. Interest or application for adoption is not a guarantee. Volunteers attempt to match cats with an appropriate home setting/family, and adoptions are not first come, first serve.

During the Covid-19 outbreak, almost all of our adoptable animals are in foster homes. In most cases it is not possible to visit cats in the shelter.
