My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Brownie’s a 5yo 6lb Chi. He’s small dog and older kid friendly. He’s housebroken. He’s good with a secure fenced yard and going for harness leashed walks. He loves to be with his person and will follow where they go but when sitting wants to be on his person’s lap to cuddle, get affection and give kisses. He’s well behaved, quiet most of the time but barks when he hears something and listens to No and stay. He doesn’t like sharing his treats so will either need them given when he’s alone and will need structure and training to help with this.

Brownie MUST have people who will allow him to sleep in bed with them, snuggle on the couch and follow them wherever they go along with giving him structure and training since can be possessive with his things. If your home DOES NOT fit this please DO NOT put an application in. We will not call anyone not a fit. Also, we will be concentrating on local to foster applications 1st since home checks and meets with all humans and animals in home is needed at meet. Our fosters are all volunteers so aren’t always able to travel too far.
