Hi, I’m Hennessy. I’m a bundle of cuteness and oh so smart. The Dr. guessed me to be around 9 months old so I still have a little growing left to do. I’ve enjoyed my foster home and really have come out of my shell. I’m still a little nervous in new situations and will need a little patience and time to warm up. My foster home has dogs, cats, kids and chickens and I’m good with everyone! I’ve really attached myself to my foster mom and I’m a little more shy around men. I don’t love my kennel and voice my opinion on it when I’m put in there. I’m a curious little thing, but easily redirected if I’m doing something I shouldn’t. My favorite time of day is breakfast and dinner! I do a fun little tap dance. I still need a little help walking on a leash because I’m easily distracted by all the fun things to look at! I will love having a fenced in yard of my very own to run and play in, that is one of my favorite things to do! I would be scared of an underground or electric fence, so I don't think that will make a great fit for me. Hennessy's adoption fee is $350 and includes her spay, microchip, current vaccinations and preventatives plus a free basic training course at Cedar Run Company in Hiawatha. Last Hope requires that adopters be 21 years of age or older and have a history of having kept current/former pets; altered, current on vaccinations and preventatives and as indoor pets only. Hennessy is available for adoption within approximately 50 miles of Cedar Rapids, Iowa only at this time.
