Sebastian came to us as a stray on 12/16/23. He is very attention seeking when you walk past his cage, but once you open the door to go in to pet him, he immediately makes a beeline for your feet and starts circling and acts up. We think this is all due to the fear of being a little guy in a big shelter with loud dogs and that he would do better in a quieter environment. Sebastian is a 1 year old dapple M Chihuahua mix that weighs 13lbs.
