My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Buddy, our beloved furry friend who entered our lives three years ago. We found Buddy at an Orange County shelter, where he landed after an unfortunate stint on the streets. The shelter estimated his age to be around 2-3 years old, but we suspect he might have been a bit older at the time. Now, we reckon Buddy to be around 7-8 years old. He spends most of his day relaxing and napping but he perks up anytime someone comes home! He loves being with people and cuddling.

Buddy's past is a bit of a mystery, but one thing is evident—he was part of a loving home before the shelter. He is house trained, is a very well-behaved dog, and has a sweet demeanor. Buddy does have a little bit of anxiety when meeting new people but it doesn't take long for him to become comfortable. In all honesty, it's heartbreaking to say goodbye to him, but our living situation has changed and we're unable to take Buddy with us.
