Benito was rescued from Las Vegas and transported to Lake Elsinore on December 5, 2023!

Benito is a friendly bun with unique dutch markings! He's a very handsome bun indeed! He's very social and wants to interact with you. He's a sucker for pellets so you can befriend him with a handful of them! He has the classic, easy-going disposition of a dutch bunny. He would make a good family pet. He may be interested a female friend if you have a spayed female.

Benito was neutered on December 18, 2023.

Benito should start out living in an exercise pen (x-pen) otherwise known as a puppy pen. He can have that as his home base or transition to a room or a section of a room or free roaming. A cage/hutch is not recommended unless the door is open and an x-pen can be placed around it.

Please be over 21 if inquiring about a rabbit.

Benito can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. On adoption day, plan to spend approximately one hour at the rescue going over paperwork and general rabbit care information. Delivery is available up to 100 miles from Lake Elsinore.

PLEASE consult with the rescue before you purchase rabbit supplies so you can be directed to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you’ve never had the pleasure of owning a rabbit! Your local big chain pet store is probably NOT the best place to buy rabbit supplies!
