My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Follow us on Facebook for updated photos and more information on our adoptable pets!

Penelope is a very sweet little lady! She is about 5 years old and is a Pit mix. She only weighs about 40 lbs, does great with cats, but prefers to be the only dog. She has a lot of puppy energy and loves to play! Penelope would be an easy addition to an experienced dog owner. Penelope needs a fenced in yard.

Penelope is vaccinated for Rabies, Distemper and Bordatella. She is spayed and microchipped. Penelope's adoption fee is $250.

If you are interested in meeting Penelope, please fill out an application at luckypawsmidwest.org. Once your application is approved, we can set up a time for you to meet her!

More about this rescue

Lucky Paws Midwest's goal is to work with animal shelters, animal control facilities, rescues and individuals all across the U.S. to help place at risk animals into foster homes and eventually permanent homes.

Since we do not currently have a shelter, all animals are placed in foster homes. The majority of our foster homes reside in Western Wisconsin, but we are willing to work with people all over the country!
