* High energy boy that likes to talk about his day * Would love to find an active owner that keeps him busy * Toys are his favorite, will chase and then bring back for another toss * Already knows a couple commands- sit and shake * Smart cookie that is eager to learn more if you`ll teach him * Friendly and social meeting new people- does jump up when excited * Seems to be a bit unsocialized meeting other dogs * Pulls toward them, is very vocal, and unsure about what to do * Greeted some dogs appropriately and wanted to play- but then changed his mind and was defensive at second meeting with the same dog * Would likely prefer to be the only dog in the home * If he were to have siblings, it would take an experienced owner with a very slow introduction * Curious of cats and tolerated swats from them * Does have separation anxiety and will require a heavy duty `jail cell` type crate in his new home * Would prefer a home with older children
Phoenix`s adoption fee is $150 and includes his neuter, vaccinations, deworming, microchip, and a free wellness exam. If you`re interested in meeting or adopting Phoenix, please complete an application at: inapl.org/adoption-application.
