Meet Ellie! Ellie has had a rough life. She was rescued in 2022 after being found abandoned, underweight, and severely matted. She was adopted shortly after, and got a new start at life. She absolutely loved her new family. Unfortunately, Ellie's owner recently passed away, so Ellie is in need of a new home. She is a very sweet older girl. She would be the perfect addition to a home that is looking for a low energy dog. She is on medication for her heart that she takes daily and also has a "ram's horn" toenail (a condition mostly affecting the nail, in which one set of toenails grows substantially more, and faster, than the other).
