I’m Rubble, a 5-year-old, male neutered, cute Chihuahua. My senior parents & I were evicted. Then we lived together in the car while they looked for an affordable place to live. Weeks turned into months. It’s now December, & too cold for seniors to live in a car. They had to give it up. No place for me. Here I am at the shelter overfull with barking distressed dogs & all these strangers who work there. I’m terrified of strangers. I won’t even let them take my coat off. I’ve lived with 2 dogs previously, & was such a good boy in the apartment & in the car – love car rides & housetrained. I'll be okay once I decompress & settled in.
