Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kody was adopted from a shelter at 12 weeks. He was a quick learner and is crate and potty-trained. His soft morning cuddles are the best and he does well with most types of body handling. He knows a handful of commands, seems to tune in well to differences between adults and children, and is on his way to better leash walking. As a puppy, he can be mellow and relaxed and then very energetic, playful, and feisty. He is still working on mouthiness. He is very treat motivated. He can be a bit stubborn on what he does not want to do so he needs someone with time to train and experience with large dogs or this breed.
It is our thought that he would do best with another dog who can stand their ground or with no other dogs (not like our older, passive dog) and a home with no small children as he is still learning how to be gentle. He has very active periods during day and needs plenty of mental stimulation and physical outlets (2+ walks, treat games, regular dog park outings, etc).
