Paco is a sweet shepherd who was surrendered through no fault of his own. As of December 2023, he is 1.5 years old - handsome, tall and lean with beautiful fawn coloring and weighing in at close to 85 pounds. Paco loves to give hugs (wrapping his paw around your legs) and appreciates kisses on his forehead. He knows some basic commands. However, Paco didn't have much socialization when he was young so he doesn't get along well with cats, but with slow, and appropriate intros to dogs, he does pretty well! He is just the most gentle giant, ever, and is even gentle with puppies! An active home would be best as he's still young and needs some of his energy worked out. He has wicked good hearing and would make a great guard dog - he will let you know if he hears something that's not part of his normal day to day. He has a tendency to bark and growl when someone strange is close to him and he's a little timid and scared of them - all due to lack of socializing when he was young. However, he warms up quickly - he just needs to find a loving and patient new home where he can become part of the family. You'll be rewarded with love and loyalty for life! German Shepherds are typically bonded with one person, which that just entails time. Can you be his human he imprints on?
His Adoption Fee Is $325!
