Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Willa is an 11 month old spayed female. We rescued her at 8 weeks from a nearby organization. She was a very fearful & skittish puppy who did not like being around our small children. By the time she was 4 months old, the vet recognized signs indicating she needed behavioral training. Willa is an aggressive protector who has not attacked or bitten anyone, but she lunges and barks at anyone from outside the home. Willa needs to be placed in her crate when we have visitors in the home, especially other children. She is house trained and only fed dog food. She is used to her crate but will not sleep in it, loves to play fetch, does well on a leash but will run off if the leash is taken off. She is terrified of thunder, fireworks, the vacuum and trash truck. Likes to hide under the bed and still acts very skittish. She has been exposed to the neighborhood dogs but maintains her distance & barks. Unknown how she would be with cats. Willa needs a home with less stimulation & proper training
