My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We got Duma from a SPCA in 2020. They thought he was about 3-4 years old at the time. So, he is about 6 or 7 years old now. He won us over immediately with his affection for us (and any human, for that matter). He came into our lives when we lived in Virginia. The setting where we lived was perfect for him. We had a pet door so he could come and go as he pleased. Every morning he would make the daily rounds visiting our neighbors. He LOVES adults, children and other animals too. Our neighbors were so sad when we moved, not because they would miss my husband or me, but because they would miss Duma. In our new home, we live in a neighborhood where it would not be safe for him to be outdoors. That wouldn't be a problem, if he lived in a home with more people and possibly other pets too. He thrives on interaction. He is a very smart, playful, kind cat. My husband and I cannot give him the attention he needs and deserves (he really is a very unique and affectionate kitty).
