I first got Buddy in 2018, he wasn't yet an adult. He lived with me for over a year and when I decided to move to Fort Worth I brought him up and left him with a friend. The friend couldn't handle him and I had to make an emergency round trip to put him in boarding. I found a good place in Keller. There was a trainer there, a Mr Brown who seemed competent and dependable and fond of Buddy. He charged me much money to take Buddy to train him. Then I had a heart attack and was in the hospital. By the time I got out Mr. Brown had never contacted me about Buddy. I tried contacting him but never got a response. I often wondered what had happened to Buddy. Then on Sunday, December 10,2023 I get a phone call. Buddy is in a kill shelter in Fort Worth. I pick him up, he's grown. He's a big loving bundle of joy. We have a wonderful reunion, but Buddy is bigger and too much for me to handle and 1 dog too many since I have two . Apparently Mr. Brown never trained him either.
