My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Poppy is a 2 year old, 32 lbs small lab mix.
This young beauty ended up at her local shelter along with her litter of puppies 8 months ago. She was still a puppy herself. We rescued one of her pups (Buttercup) a couple of weeks ago and now it was mommy's turn to finally be given a chance to a wonderful life.

Poppy is a gentle and sweet dog, typically a little shy when first meeting people but if given a little time, she opens up and becomes this amazing happy and playful girl.
She is very comfortable around children and enjoys interacting with them and playing fetch. She loves being cuddled and getting belly rubs. She really enjoys playing with kids. She loves toys. She gets along well with other dogs and cats. She is an all around well balanced dog who will be a wonderful family addition for any dog loving family.
Poppy is presently working on her house breaking and leash training skills.
