Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We adopted Juni about a year ago from an animal rescue. She was five months old when we got her and it was love at first sight! She’d been in several foster placements before she came to our family, and so we understood that she was skittish. She quickly loved me and my children, but unfortunately, she has extreme dislike and distrust of my husband. We have invested in behavioral therapy, supplements to ease anxiety, and any tips that anyone has to try to help her relationship with him. Nothing has been successful.
We are now to the point that we know the ethical thing to do is to find her a new home. We feel badly that she is so stressed out all of the time being in the same house as my husband. We love her dearly, but it feels selfish to keep her in an environment that causes her so much distress.
Juni is an amazing and loving dog! She is still nervous in initially around strangers, but warms up quickly. She’s housebroken, crate trained, and needs a loving and patient home.
