My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

In January 2020, Jelly came into my life through the SPCA. Although he was listed as a two-year-old, he was closer to just one year old at the time. He and my husband shared a bond, Jelly truly became his dog. They spent LOTS of time together. Tragically, the sudden passing of my husband October 8, 2022, has left jelly alone…Due to my demanding work schedule, Jelly spends most days in a crate. I'm unable to provide him the walks or the attention he so deeply needs. Jelly remains at home longing for companionship and activity he received from my husband. He had obedience training early on and knows all the basic commands—sit, stay, heel, stop, and more. He has been around my three grandchildren, ages 10, 7, and 3, since his adoption and is wonderful with them but NOT around many other dogs or cats. Jelly deserves a life filled with attention, long walks, and a family that can dote on him.
