Here's what the humans have to say about me:
FOSTERED IN: Adoption Center - Frankfort, IL 60423
ESTIMATED DOB: November 2022
COLOR/BREED: Brown tabby w/ white Shorthair
KIDS: Yes
DOGS: Unknown
CATS: Yes
HISTORY:
Rosalie was a friendly stray from Louisiana. Fortunately for her, some kind cat-loving residents realized her potential as a loving housecat and helped make arrangements for her to be transferred to our rescue where she would have a better chance at getting adopted.
ABOUT:
Rosalie is equal parts social and independent, making her an excellent choice for an adopter who wants the companionship of a loving pet, but doesn't want to feel bad about leaving them when they have to be away from home during the day. She is there to greet you at the door with a gentle leg rub whenever you come home. While Rosalie may or may not take it upon herself to jump up on your lap, if you pick her up gently and place her there, she will settle right in for long periods and enjoy being petted.
Still a young cat, Rosalie is fairly active and likes to play, climb and explore, but when her battery runs out, she prefers getting cozy on a soft blanket. She is likely the type who would join her humans in bed at night if allowed. Rosalie currently resides with other cats, but isn't overly attached to any of them, so she would do fine as an only pet as well. Her sweet, good-natured demeanor makes her a good fit for just about any family.
