Harley Quinn was rescued from the ACC earlier this year. Unfortunately her fosters decided that they would have Harley taken away and brought back to the animal care centers of Manhattan, where she was awaiting euthanasia again. Harley is an amazing dog and loves humans . She would do best with no dogs cats or kids under 16 years old since she has lots of energy and loves to play. She is up to date, spayed and microchipped.
