My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This little fellow was dumped in a cul-de-sac along w/ his mother and littermates Their mom was an Italian Greyhound mix and we feel the boys, Bruiser, Teaser, and Nat have Miniature Shar Pei....they have the "horse hair" coat. A compassionate couple came to the " family's" rescue making sure they were not surrendered to Animal Control but placed in a pen where they would be safe from the traffic and other dogs. Teaser is the smallest of the boys and the most timid with humans. With his littermates, he teases with a ball or Nylabone and plays ".. catch me if you can." Not being around humans...and having only bad things happen when he was around humans, he's very cautious. Once he knows you, he runs and jumps for hugs. There are 3 boys left of the 7. Their personalities are different but they look like clones of each other....in different size packages...small, medium, and large.
We estimate their dob to be 11-28-09. They have been fighting an immune defficiency disease known as Demodex mange. It is inherited at birth from the mother. Teaser and his brothers are responding well to the medication. Having such a rough beginning, can you offer this boy the love and attention he needs to flourish and feel secure. His loyalty will be unwaivered.
