Twinkles is a very special girl, and its not just her name. She has a friendly energetic personality, lots of pep seeming that she has been liberated from a mill life. She would like to learn the carefree side of being a dog, since the serious stuff consumed her for years. Twinkles is a little star that deserves a real family for once, and maybe a present under a tree.
