He is very sweet once given the chance to open up, but can be very shy at first. He is extremely vocal and will definitely let you know when he needs some thing he does well with most dogs that are smaller than him. He requires a lot of physical activity every single day and struggles a lot with separation anxiety. He will need someone who has a good amount of time daily to dedicate to his training and exercise needs. He absolutely loves to go swimming and hiking his ideal home would be one with someone who likes to be around him on a very regular basis.
