Arty is an adorable 8-month-old female black lab mix in search of her forever home. She is current on her shots, has been micro chipped and spayed. Arty loves other dogs and has been in a foster home with 2 adult dogs. She does chase cats and while it might be a case of puppy curiosity that she can be trained to stop, she might be best in a cat-free home. Her foster mom does not have first-hand experience with Arty and children but is confident she will love children as much as she does other dogs and people. She loves to play, loves belly rubs, has lots of puppy energy and is very smart. She knows the “sit” command and while she is not completely house broken, she has been doing really well when taken outside regularly. She will need basic leash training for long walks, structured exercise, and a fenced yard with supervision while she is still a curious energetic puppy.
