Arrival Story: Tessa came to Faithful Friends from a rural shelter up north. For a few days prior to arriving in foster care, she was temporarily housed at a doggie daycare facility (Bark-a-Bout). The daycare staff absolutely fell in love with Tessa. She also did great with the other dogs as well.
Age / Weight: Tessa is approximately 3-4 years of age and weighs 48 pounds.
Personality Description: Tessa is an extremely sweet and affectionate gal. She adores everyone she meets and is always wagging her big fluffy tail. She enjoys playing with other dogs (especially the small ones) and snuggling up to her humans. So far, she knows "sit" but is working on learning other commands as well. She really likes to play fetch (although bringing the toy back to her foster mom is a little bit of a challenge sometimes :-) Tessa sleeps quietly all night in her foster family's bedroom, on a dog bed on the floor. Her foster family also recently found out she loves car rides and is a superb doggie passenger.
Ideal Forever Home: Tessa will fit into many family situations quite well. As stated, she is doing great with the other dogs in her foster home and is just an overall wonderful girl. Her foster mom just cannot say enough good things about her. Tessa is ready to find her "permanent" family, who will forever provide her all the love and care she deserves.

Adoption Fees Our adoption fees are as follows and include (at a minimum) pet sterilization, vaccines, worming (if necessary) and microchipping.
