My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Wren is a special cat that is looking for a loving home after she was surrendered to a veterinary hospital. A regular client and good friend to the hospital took her home to foster until we find a forever home.

Wren takes time to warm up but once she does she makes herself at home. She may not be much of a lap cat, but she likes to be pet and will snuggle up on her favorite person's bed at night to sleep. Wren is typically pretty quiet, but gets a wave of playful energy in the evenings - she likes to play with toys and play peek-a-boo around corners!

Unlike many adult pets up for adoption, we know Wrens medical history! She has had regular exams, lab work, dental cleanings and up to date on vaccines. She is healthy and on a regular diet.

Wren is indoor only and would prefer to be in a quiet home where she is the only pet.

Additional adoption info

CCHS has animals available for adoption through a number of different avenues. Many of our kittens and all dogs are cared for in loving foster homes until they are adopted. Teenage, adult, senior and special-needs cats reside at Kitty Corner, an on-site, private cat shelter where cats are allowed to free-roam at all times, lounge in sunny windows and on comfy cat towers, and play to their heart's galore. Similarly, we also have animals available for adoption through our Re-Homing Assistance Program, where we help to advertise animals that caregivers are no longer able to keep.

If you are interested in meeting any of the animals listed on our website, please complete an adoption application unless otherwise noted!

Adoption fees are:
Kittens under 6mo: $130 ($200 for two)
Cats over 6mo: $90 ($150 for two)
Puppies under 6mo: $225
Dogs over 6mo: $175
