Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Harriet is a quiet, active, beautiful brown/black tabby kitten born June 2023. She is friendly with known people and shy around strangers. Harriet greets you at the door, ankle rubs, and follows you around for a while. She is friendly and affectionate on her terms, tolerating being picked up, and enjoying brushing and petting. Harriet lets you place her in your lap but only stays for a short while, preferring to sit next to you. Her loud purr is heard shortly after contact with her trusted person. At mealtimes Harriet gets excited and talkative.
Harriet is passive with cats, tolerates respectful dogs, and hasn’t met kids, but if they are calm and gentle, she should be fine. She enjoys watching wildlife at the window, playing with toys by herself or with you, and with the water in her dish. Harriet has fine litterbox habits. With all the changes in her life, Harriet will take a couple weeks to blossom and feel secure. She and her siblings are part of an unplanned litter
If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, as one cat usually gets bored. Two cats are easier to care for than one (they self-entertain while you are at work), and they are emotionally healthier (don’t get lonely and bored).
This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Calicos and Siamese are $250+tx.
