Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi there, I'm Maisie, I am a sweet doll face tiger striped kitty looking for my forever family!
Not too long ago, I was a caring mother to a lovely litter of kittens. I took excellent care of them, ensuring they found wonderful homes. Now, it's my turn to find a forever home! I'm incredibly sweet and happen to be quite motivated by food. Despite being a mom previously, I'm still a playful and affectionate soul, much like a kitten. I adore engaging in playtime, chasing after toys, and embracing the joy of every moment.
Don't let my FIV+ status give you pause. With the right dose of love, nourishment, and care, I can lead a fulfilling and lengthy life, just like any other kitty! FIV is specific to cats, and FIV+ cats can enjoy a lifespan comparable to their non-FIV counterparts. Properly introduced, FIV and non-FIV cats can coexist happily and healthily. The virus is delicate, surviving only briefly outside the body and requiring significant physical interaction, such as deep bite wounds, for transmission. Everyday social interactions like grooming, sharing food and water bowls, and using litter boxes pose no known risk of transmission. So, if you're ready for a loving and playful companion, I might just be the perfect match for you!
Maisie is 1.5 years old, spayed, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, FIV/FeLV tested, microchipped, dewormed & flea treated.
