My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Orson!
You may recognize this handsome pup from our previous posts about the poor condition he came to us in. Orson came to us with severe ear infections and open sores all over his face from itching and has made a lot of progress since that time! Orson does have some chronic ear issues that may require ongoing care in the future.
Even with his size Orson definitely thinks he is a lap dog! This big boy wants nothing more than to cuddle as close as he can in order to get head and butt scratches! Whether it is inside or out in the yard, Orson LOVES stuffed toys. When he is inside he loves to curl up in his bed to either take a nap with them or play for a bit. If he is outside in the yard playing Orson will zoom all over the place tossing his toys around and playing his version of fetch (aka not bringing the toy back!)
Orson has done well with the other dogs in our care and we would be happy to try him in a home with another doggy friend! We have not seen extensively seen Orson with cats but would be willing to cat-test him. Orson has loved everyone he has met but may be too much for kids not used to big, rambunctious dogs.
After being in our care for 7 months receiving medical care, Orson definitely deserves to find a home to call his own!

Orson is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
