My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Check out this gorgeous boy, Tigger! Named for his stunning stripes/brindle color, he has a heart of gold to match his good looks. Tigger is a two-year-old lab mix who LOVES to be with his people and gets along with female dogs. He will happily snooze on the couch or chew on his bones while his foster dad works from home. Tigger tends to love his people so much that he should not go to a home where he'll be left alone for hours at a time daily- although he is working to improve his confidence and instill the belief that his people will return home to him each day. He is also working on his leash manners with his foster mom because he tends to get very excited if he sees another dog on their walks. However, when there are no other dogs around, he is a perfect gentleman on the leash. Since he is only 2 years old, he has plenty of playful puppy energy that will put a smile on your face as he wiggles around to get your attention. His ideal home would be someone with a yard for him to run around in or someone active enough to take him on daily walks and a human who is home for most of the day- or is willing to take Tigger along. He does very well in the car, hops right in, and lays down in the back seat all day. If you're looking for a dog who will love you fiercely, keep you entertained, and be your best friend, this boy is your perfect match!
