My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Nintendo, affectionately known as Cookie. He is an AMAZING mixed breed cat born in February 2023. He has some Bengal cat in him so he is SUPER affectionate and will follow you around everywhere hoping to get more attention. He likes being able to roam his surroundings and is very good with other cats. He can play hard at times but is never mean about it. He's just young and wants to stay active; that's the Bengal in him. He doesn't mind foster Mom's dog and will stand his ground if the doggy gets too excited. He adapts very quickly to new surroundings. He is just wonderful! One would never know he had been found as a stray. He loves, loves, loves people so don't be surprised if he seems a bit clingy for a cat.

To adopt you must first complete an adoption application and meet the cat either virtually or in person in its foster home. We do not do same day adoptions so, generally, we can only adopt within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
