Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Wonder! I am 6 years old. I am fostered in Mount Airy, North Carolina, but easy, affordable, transportation is available. I was surrender to the rescue by a breeder that also shows bichons. I am very sweet and friendly! I love being with people and happily follow my foster around the house. I know not to get underfoot though. I also enjoy sitting in a lap and going for car rides. I have a love to medium energy range and I rarely bark. I have a very happy personality and I get along well with dogs of all ages and sizes. I don't know about cats because the rescue doesn't have any, but I'm so laid back and easy going I would probably be fine with a cat. I'm certainly not big enough to hurt one. I think that I would be good with children, but I won't be adopted into a home with small children because I am so small. I am eager to please and I am ready and waiting to go to my new forever home!
I have been spayed. I am heartworm negative and up-to-date on my rabies and dhpp vaccines. My vet records will accompany me to my new home. Once an application is approved, my foster's phone number will be provided before an adoption decision is made.
Email is the best method of contact. Adoption application can be found on our rescue website Carolinacaninerescuenc.com
