Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Once you submit an application, please keep checking your SPAM folders, for some reason our email responses are ending up in SPAM.
Jordie 2, a male, white and black domestic shorthair, born in approximately April 2023, is a real hoot. He’ll pick up his little foil ball toys and carry them wherever he thinks they belong - could be in the water or food bowl, or maybe even the litter box. He loves to bat them around on the smooth floor; he will give them a bat and then flatten himself as he body surfs after his favorite toy. He is also fairly certain that his foil balls are good to eat. He will chew them up to make sure they are replenished on a regular basis. Fortunately, he does not actually eat or swallow the foil, and instead just leaves it for his humans to clean up. He isn't a lap kitten yet, and doesn’t particularly enjoy being picked up, but he does love to be around his humans.
Jordie 2 is quite the talker also. When alone, he will let you know after just how lonely he was while you were gone. He loves to play alone or with his brother. Jordie 1 was part of a litter that had upper respiratory infections when they were babies. Since then, if stressed, a flare up can occur, but luckily with medication, he recovers quickly. He will provide you with hours of entertainment, watching him play and even sometimes being a mischievous little boy. He and his brothers have been known to open doors, drawers, and have even been caught turning the bathroom sink on in their foster home! He will do well as a single cat or as a friend to another cat. He needs space to run and play and someone who will smother him with love, toys, food, and a warm place to sleep.
