Jordie 1, a male, white and black domestic shorthair, born in approximately April 2023, started out as the smallest of the litter but has grown into a wonderful, confident little boy. He loves to play alone or with his brother. He and his brother are loads of fun to watch: wand toys, balls, soft mice, kickers - they enjoy them all. After all that playing, he enjoys taking a nice snooze and relaxing on a high perch or a soft chair. He is a good eater; loving both canned and dry kitten food. While still an active kitten, he has all the makings of a soft, warm, purring lap cat. If you are in a quiet location, he will curl up and sleep near you. He believes he is the king and you, his servant, so he expects to be pampered and for you to respond to his commands. He’s a quiet boy but he does like to speak now and then.

Jordie 1 was part of a litter that had upper respiratory infections when they were babies. Since then, if stressed, a flare up can occur, but luckily with medication, he recovers quickly. He will provide you with hours of entertainment, watching him play and even sometimes being a mischievous little boy. He and his brothers have been known to open doors, drawers, and have even been caught turning the bathroom sink on in their foster home! He will do well as a single cat or as a friend to another cat. He needs space to run and play and someone who will smother him with love, toys, food, and a warm place to sleep.
