Maxi!

Maxi, our sweet 6.5 yr old, male returned back to the shelter due to his owner passing away. With no family to take him, no friends who wanted him, he came back to the very shelter he was adopted from. We are trying to mend his broken heart. Maxi lived as a solo cat, admiring the love and devotion his adopter had for him. It was the two of them. One of the last conversations we had from his adopter was that Maxi was a sweet boy, he did stare out the windows a lot, and while he attempted to escape (not successful) he eventually settled in to learning indoor life is the only life to have. (He was originally found outside). He wasn't overly affectionate, but did provide plenty of attention to his adopter.
Now back at the shelter he cries continually, we give him love and much attention to try to help him. He is FIV+, so he needs another home that will be okay with the diagnosis as his previous home. We are hopeful Maxi will find another home, where he can go on and live out the rest of his golden years!
