Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Olive! She is 3 years of age. She weighed 40 lbs at time of her spay and is still putting on some weight in which we are anticipating another 5-10 lbs would be a good target goal. She is spayed, current on vaccines, microchipped, had a dental cleaning done, and had a wonderful exam with our vet and has been cleared to find a home all her own.
She is house trained and goes in out out to use the restroom every few hours when asked to if she needs to. She is leash trained, and does very well on her walks. She is crate trained, and was sleeping in her crate at night but has officially upgraded to a bed alongside ours at night which she is absolutely loving.
She is amazing with all dogs, and was raised around cats as well prior to coming to us that she did very well with. She is very well behaved in the home, but loves all smells that come from the kitchen and will investigate them to her full capability 🙃 She is wonderful on road trips around town and loves her spa days with our groomer.
She is a very sweet girl and aims to be the center of one's world. She is confident, loving, loyal, and very outgoing. Training has been going extremely well with her as she aims to please and likes seeing her humans happy with her ❤️
Her prior home was NOT a good place. She was left outside (with her sister Raven which we will also be posting so make sure to check her post as well,) and if not outside, they were kenneled, or crated for long periods of time. They were not treated like the beautiful royal poodles that they very much are, and since then have come a VERY long ways in showing us the power of healing. Their hearts were full of so much love it was bursting at the seams when they let their gaurd down with us and finally were able to love their humans in a way they never knew they could, and the best part? It was finally being returned to them ❤️ These girls are the definition of all we strive to do here and we couldn't be happier to be a part of this amazing journey with them.
Her adoption fee in whole covers all vetting, time and care since with us, and her training we have personally done with her.
Her adoption fee along with its breakdown is on our website at breadoflifek9refuge.org
