Bailey is a very sweet and lovable dog who has lived with other dogs and cats. She would do best in a home where she is either the only pet or where she is one person’s dedicated animal as she thrives in an environment with plenty of one-on-one attention. She loves cats but doesn’t understand them very well so cats do not like her. She would do best in a home without a cat or with a cat who will assert their boundaries with her.

She would love an owner who is home all the time and can take her on frequent long walks as she enjoys taking her time on potty breaks. While she enjoys her crate while open, she can get antsy when it’s closed.

Bailey is incredibly smart and curious which can lead to her being a bit of an escape artist therefore, she needs a home with a sturdy fence and lots of room to run.

She loves children but would do better in a home with children over 5 as she loves to give hugs. She enjoys cuddling and acting as a weighted blanket when allowed.
