Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there, I`m Milo! I`m young, bursting with energy, and eager to explore. Each day is a new puzzle to solve, a new game to play. I`m always on the move, sniffing out fun and excitement. I love learning, too. I`ve been told I`m quite the smarty-pants. I know my basic commands and am a master at fetch. I`ve also never said `no` to a back rub or a tasty treat. I`m just waiting for the right person to share all my zest for life with. I`ve got so much love and joy to give, so, why not let me bring that into your life? Adopt me, and I guarantee a life filled with fun, adventure, love, and laughter.

MY IDEAL HOME INVOLVES:
CHILDREN: Teenagers may be ok, but no young children for me.
CATS: I would prefer to be the only pet in the home.
OTHER DOGS: Potentially in the future but at this time, I would prefer to be the only pet in the home.

If you are interested in an animal you’ve seen on our website, you can call 519-833-2287 or send an email to learn more about them. You can also stop by the shelter to meet the animal in person. It may take a few visits to find the animal that is a perfect match for you.

You can stop by the shelter Monday through Sunday from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm.

You may wish to call the shelter before visiting to confirm the location and availability of the animal you would like to meet. The UCHS staff can let you know if the animal is currently at the shelter or at one of our remote locations, such as a foster home, local pet supply store or our Thrift Shop.
