Vongo's tale began in the face of adversity, rescued from an animal hoarder in Korea. Despite the challenges he's faced, he's now safe and sound in a loving foster home in New York, awaiting his forever family. He is also available to Foster to Adopt.
About Him/Her
Vongo is a testament to resilience. His initial skittishness and lack of trust in humans are understandable given his past, but his sweet nature is shining through. Recently, he's opened up to his foster mom, staying close and even accepting treats from her hand.
While Vongo may initially try to run away from strangers due to his fear, he displays excellent walking manners and doesn't suffer from separation anxiety. Remarkably, he can be left alone for up to 7 hours without any issues. Initially standoffish, once he forms a bond, he transforms into a devoted companion who will follow you everywhere.
Vongo has experienced some hair loss on his back, and the cause is unknown. It's a mystery whether the fur will fully return or if good nutrition in a happy home will aid its regrowth. Despite this, Vongo is resilient and ready to embrace the love and care that a forever home can provide.
