HI - I'M ZOE! I'm a beautiful and shy 2-year-old female Border Collie mix in need of a foster or forever home. I was rescued from a California shelter, where I was impounded as a stray. I am a shy and timid girl, but once I warm up to you I will be your best friend. I would do best with an active person or people who can take me for walks, hikes, beach outings and other adventures. We work hard to match the right dog with the right person or people. Often people inquire about one dog, but end up adopting a different dog that is a better fit. We have many dogs to choose from and are able to successfully match people with their forever companions.
