My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Diana is a loving, affectionate dog looking for her forever family. She enjoys pleasant walks (she's great on a leash!) and playful zoomies in the yard, but she's just as happy snuggling on the couch for a Netflix binge session. Diana is not only sweet but also incredibly intelligent and highly motivated by treats, making her an ideal candidate for advanced training, agility courses, and outdoor activities. She also loves the beach and is already building her confidence in the water!

Diana has already mastered hand targeting ("touch") and commands like "come," "stay," and "leave-it." She also knows "sit," "down," "sit pretty," and "turn around." She loves Kongs, food puzzles, and various enrichment activities, keeping her engaged and happy.

Diana loves playing with squeaky toys and especially enjoys the company of other dogs. She hopes her future family has some canine neighbors and friends for her to play with; she loves showing off her zoomies! A buddy for walks or hikes would be a bonus!

Diana thrives in a calm home with adults only, although she might do well with teens who understand that too much energy can be overwhelming for her. She dreams of being the only dog in her home and the center of your attention but could live with a well-matched dog sibling if there's a commitment to a slow introduction and a solid management plan. While she's currently in a foster home in Boston, Diana would do best in a more low-key environment away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

If you're looking for a sweet soul who will greet you at the door with wiggly excitement and a wagging tail every day, look no further. Click "apply today" to get the process started!
