Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tucker is a very loyal and loving companion. He has very typical Brittany behaviors. He loves to roll on his back in the yard, watch squirrels (and catch them if they get close), take walks (with gentle leader), and run in the yard. He loves water (a baby pool or creek). He will dig a hole to lay in if he is hot outside. He is an inside dog, but loves to stay out for hours. He barks at loud trucks, mailmen, or anyone in uniform (or wearing a hat) but he is not aggressive. He would do best around older children/adults as he is not interested in anything smaller than himself. That being said, he also loves other dogs, and doesn't mind cats at all, but will only really play with other dogs his own size, and is not interested in playing with smaller dogs.
He likes to run around, but is very mellow for a Brittany (says our cousin (the vet) and our own vet). He is afraid of thunderstorms, and will follow you around the house, or want to sleep in the bed with you during a storm. He is fine to sleep with my other dog in the basement each night, but has also slept in the living room, and in the master bedroom at times. He eats 1 to 1 1/2 cups of Hills Science Diet twice a day (morning and evening), and has a few snacks during the day (carrots or milk bones). He will get into an open trash if left to himself. If you are interested in meeting Buddy please fill out our online adoption application at www.americanbrittanyrescue.org and note Buddy as the brittany you are interested in!
History:
Unfortunately Tucker has to find a new home. He has been a great companion for his family. He is 8yrs old and approximately 50 lbs. He is potty trained, and up to date on all vaccinations and has been neutered.
