Meet Hola! He mad the trip from Texas to Wisconsin about in November of 2023. At 1 year old, this poor guy is taking his time adjusting to life outside outside of the shelter. He was born there and never adopted. Check out the attached photos for more info regarding his life so far. Hola has experienced two different Wisconsin foster homes, and remains submissive and sweet. Hola is very timid , but with time we think he will gain the confidence to come out of his shell. He’s very reliant on other dogs to reassure him, and loves to snuggle! If you have experience with very shy dogs, or haven't welcomed one before but have a patient heart Hola just may be the dog for you.

Home Check

We ask for a virtual home tour (pictures or videos) Can be submitted through the application or when we contact.

3.
Interview

We will discuss what your looking for and if the current pet fits that or match you with someone who does . Done via phone.

Approve Application

There is 3 days from time of approved app to determine a meet and greet

5.
Meet the Pet

All household members must be present and any current dogs.

6.
Sign Adoption Contract

Fee is paid. Adoption photo (if adopter is okay with ) is taken

7.
Take the Pet Home

Additional adoption info

We keep our applications on file for a year. We try very hard for the best match all around. Definitely can switch the dog you applied for if a better fit is found.
