Lyra has been a wonderful dog for us and we are having to rehome her only because our new housing situation won't allow her. She is 4 years old and over these years has become a really calm, pleasant, easy dog. She started with a lot of that youthful husky exuberance, but we put a lot of effort into training her as a puppy and as she's grown into full adulthood she's become more and more obedient and calm. She's trained in basic commands, crate trained, car trained, leash trained, house trained and it's really easy to communicate with her what you want. She's fantastic with children and babies. She likes playing with other dogs and doesn't have any aggression problems with them. She probably could be introduced quite easily with any dog that wasn't aggressive. She generally attracts a lot of positive attention on walks or at public places because she has that wolf, or coyote look.
