He's no phony, he's Baloney! A fun, quirky boy who is incredible from head to tail. Baloney loves meeting new people, going for walks, taking naps, and eating lots of treats! He also enjoys spending time with his doggy friends here at the shelter. Our staff have found that Baloney is particularly fond of laying his head in your lap while receiving a good scratch behind the ears! Whether he's hanging out with you, your dog, or by himself with a bone, he is content and happy just to be in the picture. He's ready to find his new home and would love the opportunity to show you how lovable he is.

Our adoption center is located at 575 Woodland Avenue in Madison, New Jersey. We are open for adoption on a walk-in basis daily 1:30-6 pm (Thursdays 3-6 pm). If you arrive after 5:30, there is a possibility we may not be able to complete an adoption that day. Please note that we cannot put animals on hold.

St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to the humane treatment of animals. It operates animal shelters in Madison, North Branch and Ledgewood, New Jersey and one of the largest professional dog training and behavior centers in the country at its Madison campus. Humane Education and community outreach assistance are among its programs offered to the community. St. Hubert’s also provides animal control services by contract in several municipalities in proximity to the shelters.
