My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zip is a high drive, high energy 1 yr old border collie. . He has a great deal of herding instinct and is very trainable and very workable. This boy is a great prospect for herding, agility, flyball, rally, or really any gaming you'd like to do with him!



Zip is learning his manners: Sits upon command, is happy to go into his kennel and lays quietly in the house.



Zip was recently tested for therapy dog potential. He spent 8 hours in a gym full of people at a charity auction. He was quite the gentleman! He sat and let everyone pat him, didn't have a problem when a baby crawled over him and when he'd had enough, he just went under a chair. It was an amazing transformation from the high-drive dog in the yard to the quiet well mannered dog at the event!!




All dogs in this rescue are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative, on flea and heartworm prevention and are uptodate on their vaccines.
